Today Google and VIZIO announced a new TV set that comes with Google Cast technology. In that blog post we learn Google is dropping the Chromecast brand and will now call it Google Cast. The company has also made changes to their old Chromecast page to now use the Google Cast brand and we’re likely to see the same happen to their Chromecast products too.
